4th Annual Trails Clean-up Day
It's Spring Clean-up Time again. Please reserve the morning of Saturday, April 17, 2010 and join your neighbors
to help pick-up litter scattered around our trails and common areas.
Just bring some garbage bags, gloves and any item or tool you think you
would need; and boots are suggested. Meet at 9:45 AM at the condo mailboxes along Edgebrook Drive to receive your clean-up
area assignment. Plan to work until noon. Last year over 30 people from
the condos and single-family homes volunteered their time and the event
was a great success. Help
keep our lovely woods at Grand Oak beautiful!! The rain date is Sunday,
April 18, at 1:30.
Just
as a reminder, if you see trash in the common
areas, just adjacent to
your home or as you walk the trails, it is helpful to pick it up and
dispose of it properly. This will help keep our
neighborhood a
desirable place to live.
Call for Block Watch volunteers We are looking for some volunteers to help put together a 'Block Watch' program for Grand Oak.
If you are interested, please let us know.
Call for Social Committee volunteers
We are looking for some volunteers to help put together various social committees for Grand Oak.
If you have any ideas or are just interested, please let us know.
Annual Meetings
The
annual meetings for the Grand Oak Community Association and the Grand
Oak Homeowners Association were held on April 6, 2009 at 6:00 PM and
7:30 PM respectively. These special meetings were conducted at the
Genoa Township Community Hall located at 5111 South Old 3C Highway,
Westerville, Ohio 43082.
