Q: What is the purpose of the $15 fee collected with the HOA Application for Alteration Modification document?
A: The fee goes for processing the application. In the past, a $15 fee was required for each individual application. By bundling all improvements on one form, residents are able to leverage the amount due.
Q: What type of alterations do I have to submit in writing for architectural review and approval?
A: Any addition or alteration built or placed on your property such as, but not only, installing a fence, patio, deck, sidewalk, pool, shed, basketball hoop, or creating a flowerbed, planting trees, installing a dirt mound, etc. is required to be submitted and approved.
