Grand Oak Homeowners Association Annual Meeting
The 2010 annual meeting for the Grand Oak Homeowners Association was held April 29, 2010 at 6:30 PM. This special meeting was conducted at the Genoa Township Community Hall located at 5111 South Old 3C Highway, Westerville, Ohio 43082.

Current activities
These are the current concerns of the Homeowners Association:
The immediate collection of delinquent association dues.
No overnight street parking according to established zoning ordinances.
Maintaining a basic, uniform appearance of the community, which includes
Uniform street trees with black mulch, and no additional landscaping is requested.
Uniform mailboxes and posts painted the same color, with matching address numbers, and no additional decorations such as flower pots, flags, covers, or signs are requested.
Uniform lamp post light fixtures.
Exterior alterations or modifications
Any alterations or modifications made to the exterior of your home or surrounding landscaping, needs to be approved by the Association before you begin your project. Here is the Application for Alteration/Modification Form.
Declaration violation If you would like to register a complaint concerning a declaration violation, you need to submit this Complaint Registration Form.
Development restrictions You can reference the Development Restrictions in Article 7 of the Quitclaim Deed (page 12) in this document.
