| Common Land This is a great benefit to our community for a number of reasons. It helps preserve the natural beauty of or our neighborhood, and since GTLCA is a non-profit organization, this arrangement enables our Community Association to realize a 100% property tax savings which would otherwise be assessed to the open space property of our community, and in turn increase our yearly Association dues. The two common land parcels at the southern end of the neighborhood that border Big Walnut Road are owned by Genoa Township and the Olentangy Board of Education.

Restrictions The GTLCA land preserves are open daily sunrise to sunset for foot traffic only. Please stay on the provided walking paths. The following are prohibited: Disturbing the peace Vehicles, bikes, or horses Pets, except on a leash (clean-up is required) Alcohol or illegal drugs Fires (no smoking; no discharging of fireworks on or over the property) Littering (no dumping of waste including grass clippings, soil or other yard waste) Camping Swimming or ice skating Signs or structures Sound producing devices (earphones are permitted) Weapons (guns, rifles, bow and arrows, paintball guns, knives) Hunting Addition, alteration, or removal of plants or wildlife | |
